Q. I have owned a piece of fitness equipment for a number of years and I require      a spare part. Can you help?

Q. How do I pay if I hire fitness equipment?
A. The first four weeks of hire are paid for at the time of the order by debit/credit card or by cheque/cash on delivery. At the end of the first four weeks, we will contact you to ask you if you would like to extend your hire or have the equipment collected.  You automatically benefit from longer hire discounts as the hire period lengthens.

Q. How and when is the fitness equipment delivered if I hire it?
A. The fitness equipment is delivered to your chosen address by ourselves and installed and demonstrated. This service is free of charge for hire contracts. We ask that you are present at the agreed delivery time. We try to be as flexible as possible with delivery times, so please ask at the time of your order. We advise that where possible it is best for the fitness equipment to be kept on the ground floor.

Q. Is the fitness equipment insured in my home whilst on hire?
A. No. We highly recommend you insure the fitness equipment under your household policy. In the event of your failure to insure or an uninsured claim being experienced then you will be responsible for the first £250 of any damage, loss or destruction of the equipment or loss of hire income during repair.

Q. Is the hired fitness equipment safety checked and serviced regularly?
A. Yes. At the end of each hire contract, or earlier in the case of longer hire periods, the fitness equipment is checked, cleaned and serviced.

Q. What is the minimum and maximum hire contract length?
A. The minimum contract length is four weeks. There is no maximum contract length, the longer your contract the lower the weekly rate.

Q. I am not sure if the hired fitness equipment will fit in my home?
A. All the products we hire have been chosen with their versatility and ease of function in mind. For example our treadmills fold and are on wheels for easy manoeuvring. It's best to phone us so we can discuss your options.

Q. I want to hire fitness equipment but I do not know how to use it?
A. Along with the free delivery of the fitness equipment we will install it and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have whilst we demonstrate the equipment.

Q. How do I cancel my hire contract?
A. Simply contact us by email or telephone and we will arrange to collect our equipment.   

Q. I am not sure which piece of fitness equipment to hire?
A. Deciding which piece of fitness equipment to hire is best discussed with us over the phone. We will ask some simple questions to ascertain what piece would suit your requirements best. We do offer a free home demonstration of the equipment if you're still undecided.

Q. I have not exercised for a while?
A. As when starting any new fitness regime you should always consult your doctor before exercising.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Yes, the longer your hire contract the greater the discount. We also offer corporate and club discounts. Please call us for further details.

Q. Can I hire more than one piece of fitness equipment?
A. Yes, you will also receive a discount for hiring two or more pieces of fitness equipment.

Q. If I like the fitness equipment can I buy it?
A. Yes. You will receive a percentage of your hire fees back as a discount against the purchase price of the fitness equipment. Please call us for further details.

Q. What maintenance is required for my new treadmill?
A. The most important issues for maintenance are the lubrication and alignment of the running mat. The mat alignment can be adjusted via the adjusting bolts at the back of the treadmill. Exact details are given in your user manual. Most treadmills use a "wet" silicone lubricant on the underside of the mat. This must be the correct lubricant as shown in the owner's manual. Further supplies of lubricant are available from us. Do not use products like "WD40" or "3 in one oil" as these will cause damage to the mat and nullify the warranty.

A. We can supply spare parts for Tunturi, Bremshey, WaterRower, Kettler, LifeFitness, York and Beny. Please contact us for further details.
